ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 06.30 p.m., for the period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.31318 of 2024 on 16.12.2024. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 06.30 p.m., for the period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
