CMP.No.13858 of 2025 in CRP.No.639 of 2025 N.SATHISH KUMAR. J, This petition has been filed to implead the second respondent/auction purchaser in the above revision.

2.It is the contention of the revision petitioner that the petitioner was ready to deposit the entire amount, however, the property was sold in the auction, therefore, the auction purchaser is very much necessary for effective and complete adjudication.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

4. Considering the above, this Court is of the view that the auction purchaser is necessary to be brought on record for effective adjudication.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered.

5. Issue notice to the newly impleaded respondent, returnable by 09.07.2025. Private notice is also permitted.
