PRAYER: Petitions filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure with a prayer to withdraw and transfer the M.C.O.P.Nos.363, 364, 365, 366 and 367 of 2007 respectively on the file of Sub Court, Thiruvallur to any Small Causes Court, Chennai.

2. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are filed to transfer the Motor Accident Claims Original Petitions in M.C.O.P.Nos.363, 364, 365, 366 and 367 of 2007.

3. Since there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners, the Registry was directed to take instruction from the Trial Court. The instruction taken by the Registry from the Tribunal indicates that the Trial Court has already disposed of the claim petitions in M.C.O.P.Nos.363 and 367 of 2007. The claim petitions in M.C.O.P.Nos.364, 365 and 366 of 2007 have already been dismissed by the Trial Court for default.

4. In view of the subsequent events in M.C.O.P.Nos.363 and 367 of 2007, the corresponding Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions viz., Tr.C.M.P.Nos.639 and 643 of 2012 are dismissed as infructuous.

5. Similarly, in view of the dismissal of the claim petitions in M.C.O.P.Nos.364, 365 and 366 of 2007, the connected Tr.C.M.P.Nos.640, 641 and 642 of 2012 are also dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
