This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to restore W.P.No.24496 of 2006 which was dismissed for non- prosecution on 17.12.2018

2. By order dated 29.11.2019, WMP No.21314 of 2019 filed to condone the delay in filing the restoration petition was allowed subject to the payment of Costs of Rs.500/- to the High Court Legal Services Authority on or before 10.12.2019.

3. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has complied with the aforesaid order, dated 29.11.2019 of this Court, by paying the Costs of Rs.500/- to the High Court Legal Services Authority on or before 10.12.2019.
