Mr.K.Raja, S.C., In All WPs COMMON ORDER The writ petitions have been filed to direct the respondents to disburse the 6% interest for the belated payment of Provident Fund, Gratuity and Earned and Medical Leave amount and consequently disburse the unsettled benefits including surrendered leave salary and 11 days' salary within the stipulated time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have individually sent representations on 02.06.2025 and 28.05.2025, claiming interest for the delayed payment of Provident Fund, Gratuity and Earned and medical leave amount. It is the submission of the petitioner that they have not yet received the disbursement of the unsettled benefits such as surrendered leave salary and 11 days salary and the representations submitted are pending with the respondents. Page No.3 of 6

3. At this juncture, the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents would fairly submit that the petitioners representations will be considered with utmost sensitivity.

4. In such view of the matter, without going into the merits of the writ petitions, this court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioners representations individually within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, based on its own merits and in accordance with law.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
