The petitioner has filed this petition seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 to 6 to take appropriate action on the petitioner's representation dated 30.07.2022 by taking appropriate action against the respondents 9 to 13 in accordance with law and consequently directing the 2nd to 4th and 6th respondents by cancelling the fraudulent documents viz., (1) Settlement Deed dated 22.03.2005, Document No.397 of 2005, in favour of 9th respondent (2) Sale Deed dated 28.07.2008, Document No.1567 of 2008, in favour of 10th respondent Ratification Deed dated 18.02.2014, Document No.397 of 2014 in favour of 10th respondent (4) Sale Deed dated 26.06.2020, Document No.1068 of 2020 in favour of 11th to 13th respondents, all the documents were registered before the Sub Registrar, Kaniyambadi, Vellore District.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prayed this Court to withdraw the present writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.
3. Recording the submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to workout the remedy in the manner known to law.
