ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.03.2023.

2. It is the case of the writ petitioner that he joined in services of the fourth respondent as Salesman during the year 1983, subsequently, his service was regularised. Further, he was transferred to the third respondent Cooperative Wholesale Stores. It is his grievance that since, he is eligible for promotion for the post of Office Assistant, he is not promoted. However, on 17.03.2023, the third respondent recommended his name for the post of Office Assistant, nevertheless, no orders whatsoever is passed. Hence, again, he made a representation on 17.03.2023, which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3.Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. Considering the limited relief as sought for in this writ petition, this Court is inclined to direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.03.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of.
