(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R. MAHADEVAN, J.) This Writ Appeal arises from the order dated 29.06.2021 passed by the learned Judge in W.P.No.13466 of 2021.

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ appeal, with liberty to pursue the representation before the Central Board of Indirect Taxes, as observed by the learned Judge. He has also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect. 2/4

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, liberty is granted and this writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
