ORDER
Despite service, the respondent is not appearing either in person or through counsel duly instructed.
2. The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of H.M.O.P.No.221 of 2021 on the file of Family Court, Dindigul to the Family Court, Salem. The transfer is sought for solely on the ground of convenience, as the wife is a resident of Chenna Krishnapuram, Salem District. It is seen from the papers that the husband is a resident of Dindigul. It is claimed that traveling to Dindigul for every hearing would cause inconvenience to the petitioner/wife. As the O.P., is now pending before Family Court Dindigul, if the petitioner's request is complied with and the matter is transferred to Family Court, Salem, the said inconvenience which is now suffered by the wife will be suffered by the husband and therefore, I am of the opinion that the O.P., could be transferred to a Sub-Court where the appearance of the parties will not be required.
3. In view of the above, H.M.O.P.No.221 of 2021 is withdrawn from the file of Family Court, Dindigul and transferred to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
file of Principal Sub-Court, Salem, to be disposed of in accordance with law. Accordingly, the Tr.C.M.P., is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS-II) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar KST To 1.The Judge, Family Court, Dindigul.
