Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Though this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, considering the huge delay in filing the above appeal, delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) towards cost with the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority within two weeks from today.

Subject to payment of the aforesaid cost, this miscellaneous petition is ordered.
