This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2862 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.27066 of 2022 dated 28.02.2023 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30.a.m., until final report is filed.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
