No. Na.Ka. No.B/288/2012, dated 17.08.2020 issued by the 2nd respondent and till then restraining the respondents their men, agents and servants from in any manner interfering with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner's property. O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of the regularization application preferred by the petitioner for the property measuring an extent of 22 cents in Survey Nos.305/2C1 and 305/2C2 at Pallikaranai Village, covered by Document No.2758 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of 1986, dated 29.08.1986, on the file of the Sub Registrar Office, Saidapet, Chennai, within a time frame.

2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Mani Gopi, learned Government Advocate taking notice for the respondents submitted that that the respondents may be directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks.

3. Mr. K. Mohana Murali, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had also participated in the enquiry on 17.08.2020, however, the respondents have not passed any order so far.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I direct the petitioner to submit all the relevant documents to the respondents and on receipt of the same, the respondents are directed pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
