This application is filed by the defendants seeking leave to approach IPAB for rectification/removal of the plaintiff's registration of trademark AROKYA.

2. In the light of dissolution of IPAB, the prayer in this application does not survive. Hence this application is disposed of. However, this Court will frame issue regarding the validity of the plaintiff's mark for decision.
