O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents' police to produce the detenue by namely Minor. Vembu, Daughter of Chinnadurai, who has been arrayed as the second respondent herein.

2. The petitioner is present and he has been identified by his counsel. The father of the detenue is also present. The first respondent, who is Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station has produced the detenue and she has been identified by her father who has been arrayed as the second respondent. 3.

Considering the above said facts and circumstances, the relief sought in the petition has become infructuous. In fine, the petition is dismissed.
