..Respondents Prayer:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the concerned records from the 1st respondent, quash the order of the 1st respondent dated 31.7.2010 bearing Memo No.48/Adm.III/A1/F.Vig./ 2010 issued by the 1st respondent and consequently direct the respondents to release all the terminal benefits of the petitioner such as Gratuity, General Provident Fund, Special Provident Fund cum Gratuity, FSFS/Family Benefit Fund, Special Provident Fund 2000, commuted value of pension, surrender leave salary, arrears of pension and to pay pension regularly.

The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is to quash the Memo issued by the first respondent dated 31.7.2010, and to direct the respondents to release all the terminal benefits of the petitioner.
