ORDER
This Petition has been filed for relaxing the condition in Paragraph No.7(b) of the Judgment in Crl.A.No.304 of 2026 dated 01.04.2026. which mandates the Petitioner/Appellant to appear before the 2nd respondent police, everyday at 10.30a.m., until further orders.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) confirms that the Petitioner/Appellant has been complied with the order without any deviation.
3. Considering the same, I am inclined to modify the aforesaid order dated 01.04.2026 by directing "the Petitioner/Appellant to appear before
the respondent police on every first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders". The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain intact.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 22-06-2026 VV To
