This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.3168 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.31718 of 2022 dated 06.03.2023 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on first Saturday of every month at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police once in two months i.e., 1st day of English calender month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
