This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent-Police to file a final report in Crime No.7 of 2025 dated 23/04/2025 on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondentPolice and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police submitted that F.I.R in Crime No.7 of 2025 was registered on 23/04/2025 and seeks time to complete the investigation and to file a final report.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the respondent-Police to complete the investigation and file a final report as early as possible.

5. With the abovesaid direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
