ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report, in crime No.28 of 2025 on the file of respondent police. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent. 3.Though the respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.28 of 2025 for offences under Sections 85, 316(2), 351(2) & 296(b) of BNS, 2023, on the complaint of Jansirani, final report, in this case, is yet to be filed. 4.The learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that in this case, investigation almost completed and final report would be filed within a period of one month.

5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
