JUDGMENT

When the matter was taken up today, both the parties are present along with their respective counsels.

2. A Joint Compromise Memo dated 27.06.2023 has been filed by duly affixing the signatures of the parties and their counsels. When enquired, both the parties have stated that they have affixed their signatures after fully agreeing to the terms as stated in the Joint Compromise Memo on their own consent

3. Hence this Civil Suit is decreed as settled out of Court and in terms of the Joint Compromise Memo dated 27.06.2023. The Joint Compromise Memo shall form part of the decree.
