O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner in the Loco-Motor Disability category for appointment to the post of Group-II and Group IIA accepting the Form VII disability certificate issued by the competent authority.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that as requested by the petitioner, the Form VII produced by the petitioner showing his disability was considered and even then, the petitioner did not come into the zone of consideration for selection to the post of Group-II and Group IIA.

Therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition cannot be considered. As such, this writ petition is devoid of merits and liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
