Mr.M.Manikandan representing Mr.R.Marudhachalamurthy, learned counsel on record for the revision petitioners submits that DVA No.09 of 2023 was dismissed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Krishnagiri, on merits on 03.02.2025. The said submission is recorded.

2. In view of the above submission, the prayer sought for by the revision petitioner in this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to costs.
