ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 26.04.2023 seeking promotion to the post of Senior Divisional Manager. 2.It is the contention of the petitioner that she joined the Life Insurance Corporation of India as Assistant Administrative Officer in the year 1997 and now, she is the Divisional Manager. Despite her performance appraisal is exemplary, she has not been considered for promotion to the post of Senior Divisional Manager. The petitioner, in this regard, has given representation, dated 26.04.2023, however, the same has not been considered.

3.Considering the limited relief as sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on merits within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
