ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition that (b) the petitioners 3 to 7/A3 to A7 shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.8445 of 2025 dated 21.03.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions, the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioners 3 to 7/A3 to A7 shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, is relaxed and the petitioners 3 to 7/A3 to A7 are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
