The acknowledgment that has been filed in the applications does not pertain to the respondent police station and it all relates to some other police station. The same counsel has filed four Criminal Original Petitions before this Court by keeping different acknowledgment, which does not relate to the respondent police. In the considered view of this Court, this has been done only to mislead the Court and get an order from this Court.
