Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the prayer sought for the petitioner has now become infructuous and to that effect they have also produced letter of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.1 /987/2024 dated 16.07.2024. Hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has now become infructuous.
