ORDER

The prayer made in this Criminal Original Petition is to direct the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Valparai, Coimbatore district to complete the trial in C.C.No.19 of 2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the first respondent would point out that it is the petitioners who are not co-operating for the case to move further by examining them. Therefore, while directing the learned District Munsifcum-Judicial Magistrate, Valparai, Coimbatore district to complete the trial in C.C.No.19 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible, the petitioners are also directed to appear before the Trial Court for the next hearing and also for such necessary hearings to record testimony.
