This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 655 days in representing the above S.A.SR.No.101274 of 2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the required documents were misplaced and there is a delay of 655 days for representation.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the material available in the record.

4. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and to avoid multiplicity of proceedings, this Court is inclined to condone the delay, with costs. The petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/-(Rupees one thousand only) to the Chief Justice Relief T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed.
