ORDER

The petitioner has been granted bail for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 140(3), 309(4), 319(2) @ 126(2), 140(3), 310(2) and 319(2) of BNS in Crime No.127 of 2025. Thus, the petitioner seeks relaxation for the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12013 of 2025, dated 22.04.2025.

2. Today, 02.09.2025, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has not been complying with the conditions after 21.06.2025.

4. Considering the said fact, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands dismissed. The respondent police shall take necessary action for cancellation of bail in view of breach of conditions. 02.09.2025 cda 2/4
