Prayer in W.P.No.15420 of 2008:The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to the letter of the first respondent in Letter No.777/A4/2007-22 dated 07.01.2008 and quash the same and direct the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the panel for District Revenue Officer for the year 2007 in an appropriate place and promote on par with his juniors without reference to disciplinary proceedings initiated pursuant to the charge memos dated 09.07.2005 and 11.08.2005.
