ORDER

This petition has been filed to withdraw the HMOP No. 86 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned Principal Sub Court at Genji, and transfer

the same to the file of the learned Principal Sub Judge, Chengalpattu.

2. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. It is seen from the records that the petitioner is a Government servant and the respondent is then employee of the Ford company. Due to closure of the said company the respondent lost his job and there is misunderstanding between the petitioner and the respondent. Now, the petitioner is working and residing in Chengalpatttu. Hence, this Court is inclined to transfer the HMOP No. 86 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned Principal Sub Court at Genji, to the file of the learned Principal Sub Judge, Chengalpattu, and also this Court refer this matter for mediation, the parties are directed to appear before the Mediation Centre for three sittings

4. In result, this petition is allowed. No Cost. Consequentially, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
