ORDER
Heard Mr.V.Selvaraj, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Harishankar, the learned counsel appearing for the
second respondent.
2. The petitioner has come out with the present Review Petition to review the order dated 14.09.2004 made in C.R.P.No.2238 of 1999. This Court by the order dated 14.09.2004, dismissed the civil revision petition on the ground that the petitioner has not taken steps for more than five years to serve the respondents in the civil revision petition.
3. According to the petitioner, if order is not reconsidered, the petitioner Trust will be put to irreparable loss. It is not the case of the petitioner that steps were taken but civil revision petition was dismissed erroneously for not taking steps.
4. Though the Review Petition is filed in the year 2006, no notice has been served on the first respondent even now. Considering the order dated 14.09.2004, I find no error in the said order warranting reconsideration. The reason given by the petitioner is not a valid reason for reviewing the order.
5. In the result, the Review Petition is dismissed. No costs. Since,
the suit is of the year, 1984, the learned XIII Assistant City Civil Judge, Madras is directed to dispose of the suit within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order if not already disposed.
