O R D E R

The petition for transfer is filed to withdraw the IDOP No.116 of 2020 from the Family Court, Coimbatore and to transfer the same to II Additional Family Court, Chennai to be tried along with IDOP No.1139 of 2022.

2. The transfer petition in TR.CMP.No.806 of 2022 is filed by the petitioner/ wife seeking transfer of IDOP No.116 of 2020 to II Additional Family Court, Chennai. The respondent/ husband filed transfer petition in TR.CMP.No.817 of 2022 seeking transfer of IDOP No.116 of 2020 to II Additional Family Court, Chennai.

3. Since the relief sought for in both the transfer petitions are one and the same and the parties do not have any objection for transferring the same to II Additional Family Court, Chennai, the IDOP No. 116 of 2020, which is now pending on the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore stands transferred to II Additional Family Court, Chennai to be tried along with IDOP No.1139 of 2022. The Family Court, Coimbatore is directed to transmit the

case papers to the II Additional Family Court, Chennai to be tried along with IDOP No.1139 of 2022 within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the abovesaid directions, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 08.12.2022 Skr/Jeni Index : Yes Speaking order To 1.The Judge, Family Court, Coimbatore.
