This petition has been filed to direct the Principal Sub Judge, Coimbatore to pass a final decree in I.A.No.905 of 2016 in O.S.No.550 of 2007 in respect of the suit schedule property in item Nos.2 & 4 alone, pending above appeal in S.A.No.926 of 2019.

2. This Court had already passed an order of stay of passing of final decree alone. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be entertained.

Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
