ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.Suresh Kumar J.) This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 579 days in filing the above writ appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Mr.L.Munisamy takes notice for the respondent.

3. Though some reasons have been stated in support of this petition, since the delay has already crossed more than 500 days, we are inclined to condone the delay only on terms. The appellant shall pay a sum of Rs.5000/- as costs to the respondent through the learned counsel for the respondent. On such payment, the petition is ordered.
