A.No.3779 of 2022 in OP.DR.No.87985 of 2022 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This application has been filed to accept the Court fee of Rs.25,000/- paid through Online, as succession duty instead of remitting before the Reserve Bank of India, in OP.DR.No.87985 of 2022. 2.The learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners submits that the applicants paid Court fee of Rs.25,000/- through Online in respect of present OP.DR.No.87985 of 2022 instead of remitting the succession duty before Reserve Bank of India and hence, the same may be accepted as succession duty and number the OP.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, and also considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and and that as already the applicants paid 1/3

Rs.25,000/- as Court fee through Online in respect of the present OP instead of succession duty before RBI, this application is allowed as prayed for.
