O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to forbear the respondents from interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property of the Petitioner, which is comprised in Patta No.43, Nanjapuram village, Hosur Taluk, Dharmapuri District.

2.Mr.K.S.Suresh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that pursuant to the interim injunction granted by this Court on 15.11.2002 in WPMP No.60969 of 2002, no road has been laid in Survey No.9/2A and no works have been undertaken and further states that no permission has been received from the District Administration to construct https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

road in the said land belonging to the petitioner and he has filed a Memo to that effect. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
