ORDER

With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This Writ Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to survey and demarcate the petitioners property situated at survey No.678/1 and subdivision 678/1C1 of Pethanapalli village Krishnagiri Taluk Krishnagiri District to the extent of 5450 sq.ft by considering the petitioner's application dated 26.2.2024 within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner of the subject property by way of registered settlement deed dated 07.01.2016 executed by his mother and he has been in continuous possession and enjoyment of the same. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has given an online for surveying his land and fixing fences, the same has not been considered by the second respondent till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition. 2/4

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.02.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the same, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interest persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
