A.No.5143 of 2019 in C.S.No.143 of 2011 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., The present Application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff, praying for an order of substituted service of suit summons on the first defendant by way of paper publication in one issue of any Telugu Newspaper of Anantapur Edition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents/defendants submitted that he has no serious objection to the Application being allowed.

3. In view of the submission made by the respondents/defendants' counsel, this Court is inclined to allow the present Application.

Accordingly, the learned counsel for plaintiff is permitted to take substituted service on the first defendant, by way of Paper Publication in one issue of any Telugu Newspaper of Anantapur Edition, on or before 30.08.2019, indicating the date of hearing as 03.09.2019.

4. Post the matter on 03.09.2019.
