This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kancheepuram, to take the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 14.02.2014.
2. The petitioner filed a petition under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kancheepuram, on 14.03.2014 and the said petition has been returned on 21.03.2014, in which, the Judicial Magistrate has raised certain queries and has given two weeks time to re-present the same. Instead of re-presenting the same, the petitioner has filed the present direction petition in the year 2018.
3. Heard, Mr.V.Murugesan, learned counsel for the petitioner who reiterated the grounds raised in the petition.
4. In the opinion of this Court, no direction as prayed for by the petitioner can be granted in respect of a case that was filed in the year 2014. Hence, this petition is closed with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
