(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.) The second respondent has produced the detenue by name Ms.Sindhu and minor children Sanjay Srinivas and Dhanalakshmi. According to the detenue, she left the matrimonial home out of her own volition and more particularly on account of certain misunderstanding with her husband. She is presently not willing to go with the petitioner. she wanted to stay with her father for the time being.

2. We have also heard the petitioner who appeared before us. The detenue is a major. She is not living with her father on compulsion. The detenue has promised to rejoin her husband after some time. Hence the detenue is set at liberty. The HCP is closed with the above observation.
