This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition in para No.6(b) that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders" imposed in Crl.O.P.No.12781 of 2026 dated 14.05.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the condition imposed by this Court in para 6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.12781 of 2026 dated 19.06.2026 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
