This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.153 of 2018 on the file of the respondent in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Taking into consideration, the nature of the allegations in the FIR and the stage of investigation, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.153 of 2018 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be.
