This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking writ of mandamus directing the Respondents to pass orders permitting the petitioner to participate in the Transfer Counselling for the year 2026-2027 to be conducted in pursuant to G.O. Ms. No.31 Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Department dated 22.05.2026 in compliance to the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 07.06.2026 forthwith. For Petitioner(s):

Order This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "To direct the Respondents to pass orders permitting the petitioner to participate in the Transfer Counselling for the year 2026-2027 to be conducted in pursuant to G.O. Ms. No.31 Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Department dated 22.05.2026 in compliance to the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 07.06.2026 forthwith."

2. The learned Government Advocate would submit that pursuant to GO.Ms.31, Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Department dated 22.05.2026, order has been passed on 11.06.2026. Therefore, the prayer in this writ petiton becomes infructuous.

3. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is well open to the petitioner to make his representation in this regard. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
