ORDER

This Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner to construct the boundary/compound wall at Survey No.86/3CA1, Vengal Village, Tiruvallur Taluk, based on the petitioner's complaint dated 22.05.2026. 2.

The learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and the complaint has been closed.

3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition (Criminal) stands closed. Further, if there is any boundary dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Civil Court for appropriate relief. No costs.
