O R D E R

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.162 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 506(2) and 427 of IPC.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that FIR in Crime No.162 of 2020 pending on the file of the respondent police has been enquired and the same was closed on 18.09.2020 as 'Mistake of Fact' and the closure report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Gobichettipalayam.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
