This civil miscellaneous petition is filed to implead the petitioners herein viz., Parkadhe Anibal KC, Raja D, Praveen D and R.Sugadevan as respondents 2 to 5 in the above writ appeal. 2.

The learned senior counsel for the petitioners/proposed respondents submitted that the petitioners herein are the selected candidates and in view of the stay granted by this court dated 23.03.2023, the selected candidates are suffering without being issued with the appointment orders.

The learned Additional Advocate General and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents have no objection in ordering this petition.

In view of the above, this miscellaneous petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the appeal papers.
