This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to grant patta in the name of the petitioner, in respect of 20 cents in S. No.503/9A, Zuzuvadi Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, by considering her On-line Application for patta transfer in CAN No.133310924591403 and Application No.2024/0105/31/552354 dated 28.02.2024 and her representation dated 17.05.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the entire materials available on record.

3. It is the case of the writ petitioner that she has purchased a property measuring an extent of 20 cents out of 0.16.20 Hectare, in S.F. No.503/9A, Zuzuvadi village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District dated 09.12.2015 from one C.Rani for a sale consideration of Rs.30.00 Lakhs. She has submitted an on-line Page 2/5

application for patta transfer to the second respondent along with required documents in CAN No.133310924591403 and Application No.2024/0105/31/552354 dated 28.02.2024. As there was no response, she has submitted a representation dated 17.05.2024. Hence this writ petition.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 28.02.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's application for patta transfer by taking into consideration of her representation dated 17.05.2024, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
