This petition has been filed to withdraw the case in D.V.C No. 16 of 2023 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Tiruvarur and to transfer the same to the Additional Mahila Court, Egmore, Chennai.

2. Both side counsels appeared. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent is residing in chennai. Hence he has no objection to transfer the case.

3. Considering the above, this petition is allowed. Further, the learned Additional Mahila court, Tiruvarur is directed to transfer the case in D.V.C No. 16 of 2023, to Additional Mahila Court, Egmore, Chennei. No costs.
