ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.11802 of 2026 dated 20.05.2026.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police strongly objected the application, however fairly conceded that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by
this Court.
3. Considering the submissions made on either sides and the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed in Para 7(iii) in Crl.OP.No.11802 of 2026 dated 20.05.2026. Accordingly, the condition is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall stay at Coimbatore and to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders except on the day when the petitioner is having case at Commercial Communal Clash Court, Madurai. The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered.
